lovely room, very clean and comfortable.Room was air conditioned.Hotel in a quiet location. Tennis and swimming available. Shuttle into Venice was convenient.

Food in attatched restaurant was excellent but staff and service were both very poor!!

Remote location so close to attached restaurant, it was in a good area. I was happy to find Punto Pizza, it was just a short walk away from the hotel and served nice food...

This hotel is in a beautiful location in landscaped gardens, with many sunbeds for relaxing. The rooms are well maintained with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast spread is delightful with plenty of options including chocolate and marmalade. From the reviews mentioned, the hotel also seems to be in a peaceful area which provides a nice getaway.

All seemed to be okay.

Room is excellent, but the bed is same like in twin room, at midnight you can be far of your wife.. 20Cm :)

Lie is everywere: no spa, breakfast very nasty, no food on the table, far away..., Main pool not in fuction, no parking reservation like I asked, the landscape was a empty big country field, not in gps- navigation sistem, hard to find, fitness you must pay... Ha ha, share the experience!!!

The room was big and beautiful with a modern design. The staff was friendly and helpfull. The hotel has a direct shuttle to venice which is very convenient (5 Euro for back and forth). There is a nice restorant in the hotel.

The breakfast was a bit poor. The location of the hotel is a bit isolated, so you must have a car to get there. The price was a bit high.

This hotel is situated on the outskirts of Mestre, in a lovely, tranquil area perfect for relaxation. The well-maintained rooms, with their comfortable twin beds and thoughtful amenities for two, ensure a good night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the beautiful garden, which offered ample sunbeds for lazy afternoons. The staff provided attentive service, and the breakfast options, including delicious chocolate and marmalade, were a great way to start the day.

The hotel was very nice and quiet. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was poor... For those that want to visit Venice, the hotel was located a little bit far from the city. Unless you have a car, you may use public transportation. The bus station is located near with the hotel, but you will need to take two bus lines to get to Venice (line 10 + line 7). The bus lines weren't very often in that area and were functional till 8.30 pm.

The staff was extremely helpful. The rooms are very nice and clean. This hotel is close to Venice and that was good for us.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel, and the facilities such as the pool and gym were top-notch. It was great that the hotel had a shuttle service to the bus stop, making transportation to the city very easy. The location on the outskirts of the city was peaceful, and it was the perfect escape after a busy day exploring the city. Lastly, the staff was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

Nothing was less than perfect.

very nice hotel, big room and very big bathroom, modern furniture, very clean and quiet (didn't hear noises from other rooms or the hallway). It's actually in a big sport- center, with tennis courts and a pool. And a garden of course.We had parking space and a bus right in front (but we have to change it to get to Venezia...). rather far from venezia but the price was so good I woud stay there again

We payed for breakfast and it was awfull- only sweets (the bread was olso sweet) but I complained and they gave us some ham and it was ok.no minibar and no hair-dryer(maybe on request..). It' s rather far, 40 min. by bus(2 buses) to Venezia, the staff didn't know the no. of the second bus or the bus schedule- THEY SHOULD PROVIDE SOME WRITTEN NFORMATION. u have to change bus 10 on Via Capucina (busstation Capucina, preferabillly) with bus 7 or with "corsa externa Mirano";last bus 7 leaves Venezia at 20:20 or 20:40 , so pay attention (but the schedule changes periodacally, even the ACTV staff or drivers didn't know it and they gave us wrong information!!); last bus10 is around 23:40 (before that comes at 22:40);on Sunday (festivo) the schedule is a little modified. Better enter ACTV website and ask for information before you go! (and learn the numbers in italian)

Atmospheare, location very poor breakfast

The food for breakfast was great. The room was lovely and modern with a good electric system.

Spacious rooms, clean, big beds - nice bathroom/toilet, gym/pool attached and availble

Expensive, no kettles, no irons. Breakfast is really bad - no variety at all. At euro 140 per room the complimentary breakfast should be for kings. Shuttle driver smells really bad - was difficult getting into the shuttle - almost fainted

Really enjoyed extremely helpful staff and fairly large hotel.

We stayed here for trip, everything was very good and it was in the best possible location easy to get to Venice by public transport. Booked functional & a nice size room with sea views. The breakfast had lots of good options, and was delicious.
